Teroxal d.o.o. is a company with a long tradition and young staff, operating in the field of surface (electrochemical) treatment of aluminium and aluminium alloys.
We are committed to meeting professional standards, and we also take into account the specific requirements of our clients. The competence of individuals and the acquired competences of the company are the key to quality and innovation. Recognising that our customers are the most important, we regularly monitor and assess their satisfaction. We boast long-standing customers who follow us both in time and location.
The market segment in which Teroxal operates is 99.5% automotive. The company is a subcontractor of Slovenian companies engaged in casting of aluminium semi-finished products for the needs of the automotive industry (Volswagen, Ford, Porsche, Volvo, Peugeot, Lamborgini, etc.), which need to be anticorrosively protected and anodised before installation.
In the spring, the company relocated to the Komenda Business Zone, which is easily accessible from the motorway and offers excellent working conditions, in order to expand and grow sales.
Our daily capacity is between 30,000 and 40,000 pieces processed, or 500m2 of surface area, and we have the same amount of spare capacity. We are mainly tied to batch production for industrial suppliers, but we are also open to other, smaller orders.
We have an automated anodising plant where all stages of the anodising process, as well as the entire process of treating the process wastewater, are computer-controlled and managed. Optimum conditions are achieved through daily measurements and chemical analyses in our own laboratory, where trained staff ensure smooth processes and quality assurance. Our Management Code is aligned with the ISO 9001 standard and builds on the management principles, in particular the principles of customer focus and continuous improvement, with which Teroxal d.o.o. aims to achieve customer satisfaction.
In our own laboratory, we take measurements, control the process and plan improvements. The concentrations of the solutions in the tubs are checked daily by taking a sample from the tub and analysing it in the laboratory. Auxiliary raw materials are added when necessary.
